I faced a similar problem with PVR. Their payment gateway failed and my credit card was charged twice. But I called my bank and detailed the problem. Also I called PVR and told them about it. The amount was refunded to me.

I guess it mainly because their servers are not capable of handling the load and they dont rely on third party vendors for bill payments.

Find their number from INOX or visit them and send out a complaint to your bank as well. Dont pay the bill.

You should book movie tickets via some mobile providers, easier and convenient. One of them is ngpay, and the other is atom I think. They have their own gateway and are more reliable.
